The TSG Infrastructure Analyst has responsibility for understanding and assisting with the delivery of technology infrastructure solutions. The TSG Infrastructure Analyst works as a member of the TSG Infrastructure team, other members of TSG and business partners to effectively provision, implement server, software, access and network architectures that support secure access to business applications.
User and device provisioning\de-provisioning via system / network tools including user and group permissions, e-mail, etc.
Provisioning of infrastructure equipment for new and existing employees (such as but not limited to workstations, monitors, VOIP phones, cellular, etc.)
Update relevant documentation
Monitoring and review of IT systems to ensure compliance to policies and standards
Test and implement server and network technologies to meet business and Disaster Recovery requirements.
Assist the TSG Manager of Client Services in developing and planning systems implementation
Work with business units to identify, qualify, quantify, and rectify infrastructure technology issues that impact operations.
Assist with maintenance and support of the Bank’s backup and recovery solutions.
Assist with the delivery of software through the Bank’s automated environment such as Citrix, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and other technologies.
Provide first and second level support and in person assistance to users on any approved application or system operating within the bank.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Administration experience in several technological disciplines including; Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory Services, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Lync, Citrix XenApp, LAN/WAN Networking Components, and backup and recovery tools and techniques, and Microsoft Office. MCP preferred.
