This role reports to the Chief Information Officer and is accountable for systems solutioning and technology project execution for HarborOne Bank. This leader manages a team responsible for systems analysis, technology design/selection, integration and project execution and oversight through the life-cycle, with a focus on integration of vendor solutions/packages. This role is key to shaping and executing HarborOne Bank’s technology road map with a focus on leading edge digital and data capabilities that optimize the customer experience. While leading this team and function for HarborOne Bank this leader will roll-up their sleeves and drive outcomes on select critical initiatives. This important role is highly visible and will interact with Business Heads and others on the HarborOne senior leadership team.

Directly supervises employees in the Technology Solutions Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Education and/or Experience
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of recent & direct working experience in agile, data or digital life cycle development. The ideal candidate will also have recent relevant experience in Banking/Financial Services defining, understanding and improving banking processes/technology and a proven successful track record of effective management of staff members and initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Master's degree a plus and differentiator.
Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, analytical, and time management skills are required.
Prior management/supervisor experience with a proven track record of successfully managing staff members and company initiatives required.
