HarborOne Bank is hiring a hands-on AVP, Data and Application Manager. This role reports to the FVP, IT Operations and EPMO and is accountable for management of our data platform and all internal application development activities at HarborOne Bank. This role is responsible for actively contributing to coding and development tasks while overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery. This leader manages a small but growing team of BI analysts and developers.
This role is key to shaping and executing HarborOne Bank’s technology road map with a focus on leading edge digital and data capabilities that optimize the customer experience. While leading this team and function for HarborOne Bank this leader will roll-up their sleeves and drive outcomes on critical initiatives. This important role is highly visible and will interact with Business Heads and others on the HarborOne senior leadership team.
