The focus of this area is loan review and quality control to validate that all required documents have been obtained by the business. This 10-week internship will explore all aspects of Credit Administration. The internship will explore lending requirements, compliance needs, business research, etc. This role is based onsite at our Brockton, MA corporate office.

HarborOne’s VP, Digital Lending Officer oversees the execution of the Bank’s Digital lending strategy with initial emphasis on Commercial/Small Business segment. Working in conjunction with the Digital Product Officer, this position is responsible for identifying, evaluating, launching and growing digital lending channels. In tandem with the Small Business Portfolio manager, the Digital Lending Officer is responsible for the credit oversight and performance of digital lending originations. Works directly with Risk, Operations, Technology, Marketing and Retail to ensure effective implementation, originations, portfolio monitoring, sales training, and adoption throughout the Bank’s markets.
