Utilizing effective communication skills to motivate the team to ensure daily operations are conducted efficiently and within customer focused standards. Ensures all work is completed in an accurate and timely basis following departmental policies and procedures and in compliance with appropriate state and federal regulations.

As a member of HarborOne’s customer service team, you will be joining a supportive team that is passionate about helping our customers and team focused.
